These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
For disputes under £10,000, parties may opt for binding arbitration instead of court proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending email notification for material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeyWeb IT Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
