2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are NOT eligible for refunds:

2.1 Domain Names

Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable due to immediate registration fees paid to domain registries.

2.2 SSL Certificates

SSL certificate purchases are non-refundable once issued.

2.3 Custom Development

Custom website development, design work, and programming services are non-refundable once work has begun.

2.4 Administrative Fees

Setup fees, migration fees, and other one-time administrative charges are non-refundable.

2.5 Third-Party Services

Any third-party services or licenses purchased through us are subject to the refund policies of those providers.

2.6 Promotional Services

Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Service Renewals

3.1 Renewal Refund Period

Renewal charges may be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date, provided no data has been uploaded or modified, no support tickets were opened, and services have not been actively used since renewal.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

If you do not wish to renew, please cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date. We send reminder emails before renewal.

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

Pro-rated refunds are generally not available. When you cancel, services remain active until the end of your paid period with no refund for unused time.

Exception: Pro-rated refunds may be considered in cases of extended service outages at our sole discretion.

5.1 Shared Hosting

5.2 VPS & Dedicated Servers

5.3 Email Hosting

  • 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchase
  • No refunds after data migration is complete

5.4 Maintenance Packages

  • 30-day money-back guarantee if no work has been performed
  • Partial refunds may be provided for unused hours (prepaid packages)
  • Monthly packages: No refund for partial months

6. Refund Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your account at our portal
  2. Navigate to Support and open a ticket
  3. Select "Billing & Refunds" as the category
  4. Provide your reason for the refund request
  5. Include invoice number(s) for the charges in question

6.2 Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

6.3 Review Period

We review all refund requests within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification of approval or denial.

6.4 Account Status

Upon refund approval, your service will be immediately terminated and all data will be deleted within 7 days.

7. Service Credits

In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits for extended service outages, billing errors, customer loyalty rewards, or resolved disputes. Service credits are applied to your account balance, can be used for any future services, and do not expire while your account is active.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1 Contact Us First

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

8.2 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, deletion of all account data, account ban, and a chargeback fee if ruled in our favor.

8.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed after services have been delivered and used may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to pursue legal action.

9. Downgrade Refunds

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan, no refund is provided for the difference. The downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date and you retain access to your current plan until renewal.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for refunds or service credits in cases of natural disasters, war or civil unrest, government actions, internet backbone failures, major DDoS attacks, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse, including repeated purchasing and refunding, extracting data before requesting a refund, using services heavily then claiming dissatisfaction, or violating Terms of Service. Accounts found abusing the refund policy may be permanently banned.

12. Tax Refunds

If you paid taxes (VAT, sales tax) on your purchase, taxes will be refunded along with the service fees. Consult your tax advisor for guidance.
